Spring Clean-Up

We will be having our annual spring clean-up night on Wednesday, June 5th from 6-8 PM.  There are many jobs that need to be done so the more people that show up the quicker we will be able to accomplish this task.  If you are unable to help out that evening but would be willing to help with a particular task at another time that would be appreciated as well!  Please contact Ron Hoyt if you want to help but are unable to that night.  We hope that everyone will plan to come and enjoy an evening of fellowship while cleaning up our church!

Night at the Ballpark/Muckdogs Game

Saturday, August 10th

Picnic begins at 6 PM with game at 7:05 PM

$20/adult, $13/child (Ages 4-12), Kids 3 and under are FREE

Members and friends of the East Bethany and Covington Presbyterian congregations are invited to join together for a night of fun at the Batavia Muckdogs Stadium (Dwyer Stadium).  We will be enjoying a picnic and a Muckdogs game vs. the Aberdeen Ironbirds.

We will have our own tent with an all-you-can-eat picnic of char-grilled Zwiegle’s hotdogs, hamburgers & cheeseburgers, watermelon, potato chips, pasta salad, potato salad and soda.

 We need a final count and payment in advance so we need RSVPs by Thursday, August 1st.  Members of the East Bethany Church can contact Susan Boyle (344-2931 or 704-2495) and members of the Covington Church can contact Laura Fry (584-8165).  We need to include children 3 and under in our count as well, even though they are free. 

This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family to join us for an evening of fun while introducing them to our church families.  Share this information with all of your friends.  See you at the game!

Worship in the Park/Congregational Meeting

Genesee County Park, Shelter S

Please mark your calendar and plan to join us for our annual worship in the park!  We will also be having our congregational meeting following the worship service so we hope that everyone will attend this important meeting. 

After the meeting we will be enjoying a picnic and games for kids of ALL AGES!  This is a great opportunity to enjoy a fun afternoon with your church family.

Meat and drinks will be provided.

 Please bring lawn chairs, a dish to pass and outdoor games.

If it is raining we will meet at the church at the regular time for worship and will still have the meeting & picnic to follow.

To find Shelter S, just come in the main entrance to the park on Raymond Road and then take your first right turn.  You will go over a little bridge and around a bend and Shelter S will be on the hill on your left.
